A quiet residency in Vieques

Biolumina is a private artist residency rooted in the landscape and culture of Vieques, Puerto Rico. We invite jury-selected artists from Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and beyond to experience the island not as a backdrop, but as a living context for listening, learning, and exchange.

The residency itself remains an intimate space for creation, reflection, and research. Public engagement happens through free activations developed in partnership with local schools, cultural organizations, and community spaces across Vieques.
